Nutrient Timing is very important, it is beneficial to take Carbs at right time like after or before workout to gain muscles and take low carb diets at night to promote weight loss and hormone secretion growth.

Personally its effective because 4 hours prior to going to bed. We should burn off the calories we ate. So it won't be stored as fat. try to eat an apple if you get hungry after 6 pm

Well, I always hear this "NO CARBS after 6PM" diet. I haven't try it yet, IS it EFFECTIVE? how many POUNDS can you LOse per week?
Is IT advisable? please reply.
