Its a good question and one we are often asked - hopefully you picked up a few tips from the article above? What we&#039;ve seen work is a combination of diet, exercise and cleansing. 

Often people get the diet and exercise bit right but forget to cleanse and some people have a lot of toxins and impurities which can cause weight issues - it might be worth trying this is you&#039;ve tried everything else?

Also exercises that specifically work the stomach area are great, but nothing beats cardio exercise to burn fat, there are also ways to naturally increase your metabolism so you increase the speed at which the body naturally burns fat - so you need a mixture of everything.

But don&#039;t reduce your calories too low - your body will stop burning fat and may actually hold on to extra fat, which means you won&#039;t be able to lose your belly fat.
