15 Easy Tips for Weight Loss

There are tons of ways to lose weight. Problem is that most are pointless. I got these 15 tips from a product online, but its a secret. I will let you know what my secret was later.

1 – Start doing cardio. Jump Rope, running, biking, you name it.

2 – Don’t eat after 8. This is key, because while you sleep, you want your body to burn fat, not digest food.

3 – Try to eat 5-6 meals a day or each 2 hours. Smaller meals make your food digest faster.

4 – Eat more fruits, but avoid high sugar leveled ones.

5 – Avoid drinking, its slows the metabolism.

6 – Make sure to stay hydrated, at least 8 cups of water a day.

7 – Stay away from high calorie foods.

8 – Get at least 6 hours of sleep each night.

9 – Try exercising in the morning to boost your metabolism.

10 – Drinking green tea before you exercise will help with burning stubborn fat.

11 – Try using the stairs instead of an escalator.

12 – Make sure to keep track of your body weight. This can help you keep track of your daily progress of weight loss, motivate you and boost your confidence.

13 – Motivate yourself by either finding a skinny picture of you or photo shopping one.

14 – Make sure you avoid fried foods; they are terrible for your progress because they are so high in fat.

15 – When you go to a party, try to focus on the people and not he food.
